Mrs. Palomar was born in Canton, Ohio on September 16, 1968. She was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1994 and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. In 1993, Mrs. Palomar was registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her Education includes a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University in 1990 and from Loyola University of Chicago, a J.D. in 1994. She is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Appellate Advocacy. Mrs. Palomar is a member of both the Chicago and Illinois State Bar Associations. Her areas of concentration are Intellectual Property; Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law; Litigation; Trade Secrets Law and Unfair Competition.
