Mr. O’Malley was born in Elmhurst, Illinois, September 25, 1974. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1999 and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1999. Mr. O’Malley is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His education includes a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University in 1996 and The John Marshall Law School with a J.D., cum laude in 1999. Mr. O’Malley is a member of The John Marshall Law Review. He is also a member of the American Bar Association; Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Mr. O’Malley’s areas of concentration comprise Intellectual Property; Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law; Trade Secrets Law and Unfair Competition Law.
