Mrs. Kitzinger was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1994 and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. In 1999 she registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mrs. Kitzinger’s education was received from Marquette University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, 1991 and from DePaul University College of Law with a J.D. in 1994. She is a member of both the Illinois Bar and Wisconsin Bar. Mrs. Kitzinger is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association. Mrs. Kitzinger’s areas of concentration are Intellectual Property; Patent, Trademark, Copyright Law, Trade Secrets Law; and Unfair Competition Law.
