Mr. Foley was born in Oak Lawn, Illinois, August 15, 1969. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1995 and admitted to the Iowa bar in 1996. Mr. Foley is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His education was received from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in General engineering in 1992 and from the John Marshall Law School, J.D., cum laude in 1995. Mr. Foley was editor of the Associate Publications, John Marshall Law Review, and a member of the John Marshall Law School Trademark Law Moot Court Team. He is a member of the Chicago, Illinois State, and Iowa State, Iowa Trial Lawyers and American Bar Associations. Mr. Foley’s areas of concentration encompasses Intellectual Property; Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law; Trade Secrets Law and Unfair Competition Law.
